Dry fruits carried down
from the orchards of Kashmir
Shoiab Ganai sources walnuts, almonds and saffron directly from growers around Srinagar — sorted, cracked and packed the way it’s always been done in the valley, not a warehouse.

Every walnut starts
on a Srinagar hillside
Shoiab Ganai began as a family stall near Lal Chowk, sourcing walnuts and apricots from orchards along the Zabarwan range and saffron fields near Pampore. We still buy in person, grade by hand, and pack within sight of Dal Lake before anything ships out.
No blending with imported stock, no unmarked origin — what you order is what grew here.

Notes from customers ordering across India.
“The akhrot are the lightest-shelled I’ve bought in years — barely any effort to crack, and no bitter kernels.”
Rukhsana B. · Jammu“Ordered kesar for Eid and it colored a full pot of sheer khurma with barely a pinch. Genuinely Pampore grade.”
Imran T. · Delhi“Apricots taste like the ones my grandmother used to bring from Srinagar. Packaging held up well over a long shipment.”
